Joan M. DiMarco - Partner

Formerly partner in charge of the Municipal Bond Services Group of a nationally-recognized accounting firm, Joan has been consulting in structured finance to tax-exempt industry professionals for over 30 years. She participated on the financing team for the development of single family bonds, the first bonds subject to rebate. Joan is a recognized speaker in the field of arbitrage rebate. She has served as a panel member for NABL and as an instructor for GFOA training sessions. Joan holds a B.S. Business Administration - Accounting, Drexel University, Summa Cum Laude and is a Certified Public Accountant.

            Effective June 2006, Joan will serve as a member of the Internal Revenue Service’s Advisory Committee on Tax-Exempt and Government Entities.
